countryside and views of the Atlas mountains to discover former henna
mills. One stop for tea with local villagers.

Lac Takerkoust and
Agafay desert
On the way to the reservoir, you will have a tea with local villagers,
magnificent panorama over looking berber village and the highest
summit in north Africa. Ferry crossing over the lake and traditional
lunch at lake side inn. Crossing Agafay desert region, tea in a
typical farm, up to Ourika
plateau.

Desert Agafay and oasis
Agafay desert is not so far from Marrakech. It is a kind of Reg (rock
and stone desert type)
Good tracks over looking the reservoir before entering the Agafay
desert. Couscous prepared by villagers in an oasis. Return trip
crossing the desert region, tea in a typical farm.

Bivouac trip
Day 1 : Tea with local villagers, tracks by a so green
countryside. Lunch in berber tent at local villagers, ferry
crossing over the lake, diner by candle light on the boat,
overnight bivouacking by the lake side. (Toilets and showers)
Day 2 : Crossing a vast desert region, couscous prepared
by local villagers in an oasis. Tracks and dunes in the Agafay desert.
Tea in a traditional farm.

Trip adventure
Day 1: Starting from Ourika route, driving through
Ourika plain, many old traditional villages and tea at villagers.
Discovering old traditional henna mills. Driving reservoir direction
for lunch in berber tent at villagers. Getting on board with the
buggys, ferry crossing over the lake. Diner by candle light on the
boat and bivouac by the lake side. (Toilets ans showers)
Day 2: Driving AMIZMIZ and ATLAS mountains direction, tracks
over looking a beautifull valley to be visited. (Beautyful
spot). Driving 3 Kms all along a river throughout a forest. Picnic
lunch in the forest. Driving all along a deep canyon at 2 000
meters altitude mainly. Bivouac (toilets and cold shower)
Day 3: Agafay desert direction to be crossed. For lunch,
couscous prepared by local villagers in an oasis. In the
afternoon, dunes climbing, return trip Ourika direction, tea in
a typical farm, and way back to the home base.
One seater : 6 400dh/570 euros. Two seater : 5 300
dh/470 Euros/person. (minimum 4 people)
Trips are loops. We never drive same road go and back.
